I’m a mobile developer with 10+ years of experience across Android, Codename One, and Flutter, building mobile frontends from app architecture through release. I use AI-assisted implementation as a normal part of development, with my own architecture, testing, and code review discipline guiding what ships.

Rabi Meir App Store ↗

Flutter · Firebase · Braintree · Shorebird

Charitable giving app — ported from Android to Flutter in ~3 months. Full iOS release pipeline including code signing, TestFlight QA, and App Store submission. Integrated Braintree payments and Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

Role: Built as a Brooklyn Web Center employee; public App Store listing provided by the employer.

Flutter · MVVM · Provider · Riverpod · sqflite

HabitTrack home screen showing active habits

Habit tracking app demonstrating production-ready Flutter architecture — MVVM pattern, offline-first local persistence via sqflite, unit tested with mockito, and validated through GitHub Actions CI/CD with automated analysis, tests, and Android release builds. Includes a Riverpod branch implementing the same architecture with a different state management approach.

Demonstrates: Offline-first data design, testable MVVM, platform-aware UI, and a dependable delivery pipeline.

Art Explorer View project ↗

Flutter · BLoC · REST API · Firebase Auth · Firestore

Art Explorer browse screen showing artwork from the Art Institute of Chicago

Flutter app for browsing the Art Institute of Chicago's public collection. Uses BLoC and repository architecture, Firebase Auth, and Firestore for personal collections that sync across devices. Browse, detail, and collection flows are implemented, with an unauthenticated-save flow, Firestore security rules, and automated BLoC test coverage.

Demonstrates: Domain-focused state management, API integration, authenticated sync, and thoughtful unauthenticated flows.

Price Tracker

Python · Playwright · Cron · Slack API

Independent Python scripts run daily on cron to watch nonstop flight searches and tracked tour listings, a Mac Mini, and an external drive. A shared module persists state and sends Slack alerts only when prices change, alerts on scraper failures, and skips scheduled work around a recurring calendar rule set; the Google Flights target uses Playwright because no public API exists.

Demonstrates: AI-assisted implementation with human-directed architecture and review — resilient unattended automation, failure alerting instead of silent breakage, and calendar-aware scheduling shared across personal automation projects.

Reminders

Python · Calendar API · Cron · Slack API

A deterministic, dependency-free Python script posts daily scheduled reminders and calendar-aware context to Slack, adjusting timing around a recurring calendar rule set and skipping certain days entirely. A companion nightly digest tracks a personal recurring-task schedule; both run on cron tuned to the local timezone.

Demonstrates: Engineering judgment about where an LLM belongs: AI-assisted development helped build and iterate the tool, while the shipped scheduled artifact stays LLM-free because deterministic work is more reliable that way.
